All pricing is per thousand bags (except where indicated), and includes ONE color printing on BOTH sides of the bag (except where indicated) up to 50% ink coverage, but does not include the cost of any necessary artwork and / or printing plates.

For process printing, screens, halftones or greater than 50% ink coverage, please contact us for a special quotation. All prices are subject to change and review of artwork.

All purchase orders should specify the following: desired quantity, bag style, bag size, film color (and type where applicable), gauge (film thickness), handle color (if applicable), number of colors (PMS #’s) and sides to be printed, Single Wall or Double Wall construction (where applicable) position of copy (we will position copy lower center of bag if not specified), shipping instructions and preferred freight terms. All orders will be acknowledged in writing. (On Double Wall bags, you must specify color of inner layer of plastic. Outer layer is always clear).

Subject to seasonal variations, lead time is generally 4 week on repeat orders. On new orders, lead time is 5 weeks after receipt of approved proof. Imported products 12-13 weeks. Please note, preparation of a proof takes 5-7 business days from receipt of purchase order and artwork.

On request or at our discretion, a black and white paper proof is submitted at no charge on new and changed artwork for correctness of copy, size, and print location. Color laser composites (for basic color reference) are available for $15.00 (up to 8-1/2 x 14 images). Please request accordingly.

Color Keys and Blue Line proofs are available upon special request. Please contact us for pricing and lead time. Art and plate charges are detailed on all proofs. Proofed ordered will not be manufactured, and lead time will not begin until a signed, approved proof is returned to us. Once a proof is approved, no claim or allowance of any kind will be considered on printing as proofed and approved.

Any non-metallic PMS color is available (in matte or glossy finish) on White film at NO EXTRA CHARGE. For special ink matches or metallic inks, please call for quotation.

Please note: the colors of films and inks may vary within commercially acceptable standards. Care should be taken when choosing combinations such as light inks on dark film colors, and when inks trap or overlap each other, thereby creating another ink color.

In either of these situations, we recommend contacting us for an ink drawdown, which will more accurately depict the result of your ink and film color combinations.

FOB our factory in Melville, NY. All shipments will be made “prepay and add” (unless specified otherwise on purchase order), with freight charges added to invoice when shipment billed. Normal routing is via common carrier or UPS. Please advise in advance if special circumstances exist regarding delivery (I.e.: fork lift service, inside delivery, etc.), which will result in additional charges.

All charges incurred up to the time of cancellation (I.e.: artwork, plates, or other material and/or labor costs), will be billed accordingly.

No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization from The Regal Line. All shipments should be inspected upon receipt, with specific notation of damaged or missing cartons made on the incoming freight bill. Some returned items may carry a restocking charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have an order shipped to my PO box?

No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a PO box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses.

Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a PO box, for any shipping address.

The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days.

We ship products before the estimated delivery dates in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to unavailability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. We know that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives as appropriate to your situation:

Offer an ALTERNATE selection of equal or greater value.

Offer a BACKORDER and new estimated delivery. You can wait for the new delivery date, or cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.

CANCEL your order. We constantly update our computer system with new information. On rare occasions new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time.
